A tweet from the RICS is asking: “Are you a member of the public who’s had a bad experience with an unregulated (eg. Non RICS) sales or lettings agent? E pressoffice@rics.org”
Henry Pryor immediately tweeted back, saying: “Since when were RICS agents the only ‘regulated’ agents? Can’t believe @peterboltonKing & @ed mead agree with this statement.”
The RICS hit back, saying: “I said ‘eg’ for this reason – for example means just that”.
A spokesman for the RICS, speaking to us by old-fashioned email, said the purpose of the tweet was to try and gather information for possible case studies that might be requested by journalists

I think Her Majesty is not at all interested in the petty aloofness of the RICS's so called representative who from his lofty position looks down on all and sundry.
Many RICS Members would agree with the statement from 'NAEA'
RICS does not have Royal Charter for nothing.
It is our function to govern all things property on behalf of her majesty.
Does one honestly think we ought have one's head down a drain or up in a loft. Survey refers to keeping and eye on this green and pleasant land from out lofty perch.

What has being a chartered surveyor got to do with marketing and selling houses?
I do not tell my chartered surveyor how to do his job and he has not got a clue how to do mine.
Most chartered surveyor estate agents are stuffy and old fashioned.
RICS look after surveys not marketing houses please.
Also agents should charge surveyors for advice and comparisons on valuations.
Hows about an FOI request enquiring how many RICS Managing agents are having issues with their annual Audit?
howabout a tweet asking RICS members what they think of the appointment of Peter Bolton King to RICS. The trojan horse let throughtthe gates of Arbon House only to set about destroying the once respected Estate Agents Trade body.
AllAgents is just reviews from estate agents slagging off other agents. The GP do not even know off AllAgents.
All they had to do was visit Allagents.co.uk and they can find consumers with bad experiences all over the UK
