PropertyLive, the NFoPP website, more than doubled traffic last year.

Members have also been told that the number of property listings significantly increased.

The site is to be redesigned this spring, with a completely new look, based on feedback from members.

There are now over 5,500 agents using the site.

    PROPERTYLIVE DEAD IS

FOR AS LONG AS ORGANISATION ACCEPTS NOT THE LISTINGS FROM NON MEMBERS THE SITE AN IRRELEVANCE IS.

HALF OF LISTINGS FROM AGENTS ASSOCIATION MEMBERS ARE NOT. MANY INTERESTING HOUSES AMONGST THEIR MIDST.

MAN IN STREET CARES NOT WHETHER AGENT HAS LETTERS AFTER NAME. SIMPLY CARE HE DOES WHETHER HOUSE IS RIGHT PRICE AND STREET.

ASSOCIATION CHARGES NOTHING FOR PORTAL. LIMITED MARKETING BUDGET HAS IT. TRAFFIC DOUBLING IRRELEVANT WHEN NUMBERS TINY ARE.

ASSOCIATION HAS OVER INFLATED VIEW OF THE POWER OF THE REPUBLIC. PBK VERY SHORT SIGHTED VIEW ON THIS HAS HE.

MANY MEMBERS FEES WASTED ARE THEY. HELP THEY NEED FROM OUTSIDE WORLD. WELCOMING ARE THEY NOT.

THE FORCE IS WEAK WITH THIS ONE.

A lazy story? A poor press release?

It's what NFoPP told its members in a newsletter. And yes, it is devoid of facts.

Below is what I posted earlier this week. As always on this topic, no answers. Are NAEA members too lazy to find out where their money is going and how much has been sunk into this particular bottomless pit?

    They should be asking.

"Can someone please advise how much the NAEA has spent so far on PropertyLive.

Are members happy to see their subs funding it?

    For ever?

    Or is it really PropertyDead...?"

yep- divided and conquered i'm afraid.

everyone in such a rush to get a competitive advantage as regards attracting vendors, you helped set this beast in motion by carrying their brand.

Completely agree with Ray Evans. Us agents give the likes of RM free advertising and I doubt their businesses would have achieved so much success without it.

Come on boys be fair, a doubling of figures at a time when according to PBK only 60% of members renewed their mebership has to be good going.

It seems PBK is glad to be rid of us experienced older members who just want to cause trouble on forums!

PBK has got a much cleaner sheet of compliant members this year so perhaps he can finally build a profession that meets his exacting standards. It is bound to be a better association without people like me! 26 years and never a single complaint or dubious deal.

If propertylive puts as muc effort into their business as they do their press releases, its no suprise nobody has heard of them.

This has got to be one of the laziest "Stories" ever printed on this site.

If NAEA/ARLA agents advertised Properytlive within their own advertising - as they did and do advertise RM (I have nothing against the very successful RM) - PL would at least compete and it is FREE!.

    TRAFFIC DOUBLED!!!

    That's right!

But I heard that they have doubled therlir traffic from 50 unique visitors per month which is the correct measure to 100 Unique Visitors a month.

What a joke this site is!
