The July Network Auctions sale sold a total of 27 lots from the 35 offered, producing a 78% sales success rate.
The auction featured a wide range of property from across England and Wales, with a property in Tenby, Wales, proving the star.
The Tenby property had a reserve price of £49,000. A number of telephone bidders from the local Tenby area together with bidders in the London auction room bid the price up to £93,500 before auctioneer Guy Charrison brought the gavel down on the sale which was 91% above the reserve.
Network Auctions director Toby Limbrick said: “The sale in Tenby showed the power and value of our network, with our partner agent Network Auctions Wales working closely alongside ourselves to deliver a first-class service and result for the client.”
Network Auctions’ next sale is on September 12 at the Glaziers Hall, London.

What a lovely advert for Network Auctions. I wonder what it cost them???
Or they got the reserve badly wrong, even the worst agent in the Uk,should not be that far wrong! Shame on you.
Well done. This is a cracking result. Maybe us agents should consider putting more of our property up for auction as it provides an instant exchange and a good chance of selling(maybe at a higher figure if the Tenby property is anything to go by)
