Metropix, a supplier to the residential estate agency market, is to hold free training webinars to help customers get the best from their floor plans.
Starting on November 1 and running through to mid-December, the interactive webinars will run for up to 20 minutes per session.
A maximum of 15 people can register to participate in each webinar, ensuring that everyone gets an opportunity to ask questions.
The full webinar schedule will include sessions on advanced plan drawing and how to enhance the appearance of plans.
Brian Farrell, director of Metropix, said: “The programme is designed to help existing users learn new techniques for getting the most out of the floor plan system.
“We have experienced real interest from our customers in hosting training sessions of this nature and believe that even the most experienced users will be able to learn new tools or methods that help save time and further enhance their clients’ floor plans.
“We have listened to our customers and created the webinar series as an additional support to the other training options we already have in place.”
