London landlord makes life easy for agents

Central London’s largest private landlord, Residential Land, has launched a web interface to help agents market, let and sell the company’s properties with the minimum effort.

The secure area of Residential Land’s website can accessed by individual branch log-in, and from there agents can download everything from floor plans to high resolution images, gas safety certificates and Energy Performance Certificates.  They can also sign up to receive email updates and notifications of upcoming Residential Land events.

Bruce Ritchie, managing director of Residential Land, said: “We value the efforts agents make to let and sell our properties and anything we can do to make their life easier is of great benefit to both parties. We decided that we would create a special area of the website so that agents can access comprehensive and current information on the properties we have for sale and to let in our portfolio.

“With the increasing amount of documentation required for sales and lettings transactions, we wanted to make this information as accessible as possible without creating extra work for our agents.”

Residential Land currently owns over 1,200 flats and houses in prime central London.
