Leaders have made three more acquisitions, bringing branch numbers up to 44.

The company has acquired the lettings businesses of Indigo House in Ocean Village, Southampton, and Chamberlain in East Grinstead, West Sussex. In both cases, the portfolios have been absorbed into Leaders’ existing branches in those areas.

The third purchase is the lettings business of Bray Estates in Dorking, Surrey, where the office will fill the gap between Leaders’ branches in Guildford, Horsham and Reigate. It is Leaders’ 12th branch in Surrey.

Bray Estates will continue to operate from its other premises in Dorking High Street as chartered surveyors and valuers, but will no longer engage in residential letting.

The acquisitions follow Leaders’ £48m management buy-out and expansion financing backed by Bowmark Capital.

Paul Weller, managing director, said: “These latest acquisitions further increase our market dominance in Sussex, Surrey and Hampshire. We warmly welcome all the staff who join us and look forward to working with them.”

He confirmed that the company is still on the acquisition trail and invited business owners to call him for a confidential talk on 01903 890000.
