Goodfellows, part of the LSL group, has acquired Reynolds Sales and Lettings in Raynes Park, south-west London.
The office is being rebranded to Goodfellows.
Jon Cooke, managing director of LSLi, which is part of LSL, said: “It is a busy time for brands working under the LSLi framework. The Reynolds acquisition is part of a continued growth strategy.”
More acquisitions are expected to be announced shortly.
