Congratulations to Hammond Harwood for raising £997 with their latest Christmas Quiz.
The quiz, featured on EAT, was free to enter but entrants could send in a suggested £1 to raise money for Childline.
Quiz compiler Jonathan Hammond, of Hammond Harwood, said: “We received entries from all over England, Scotland, Ireland, Wales, Isle of Man, Eire, France, Germany, the USA and New Zealand.”
The latest figure smashes last year’s £591 and also includes donations from those who did not manage to complete the quiz and yet still generously gave to this worthy cause.
