Greene & Co has launched a new office in Clerkenwell to service the City.
It will focus on the high-end sales market and new investment and rental market opportunities for landlord clients.
Managing director David Pollock said: “Greene & Co has weathered the turbulent property market with great resilience, and the opening of our sixth branch, in our first City location, represents the company’s ambition to keep growing in 2012.”
Greene & Co is offering a 0% commission deal for new vendors until the end of March and 20% off standard lettings fees for landlords until the end of April.
City workers have been treated to bowler hatted, briefcased ‘Greene men’ promoting the ‘Good for Nothing’ offer, plus a chance to win one of five meals at the top city eatery Coq d’argent, via a designated QR code or via the company’s Facebook page. A viral campaign featuring the Greene men will also be launched.
