Fine & Country has announced a new strategy for growth, after opening 27 new branches last year. There are currently offices in 300 locations in the UK and 12 other countries, including the US.

The network says it plans to open additional offices in major towns and cities, with four new branches already in the pipeline.

Over the course of this year, Fine & Country also plans to strengthen and grow its prestige lettings business.
 
Chief executive Matthew Pryke said: “Fine & Country will not batten down the hatches at this time of economic stagnation.

“This is the time for innovation, opportunity and growth.”

    How many of these ae stand alone offices and not feeding off a 'middle to down' market brand already??

    But they a positive words to take more of a shrinking cake.

    A truly uplifting story in times of economic turmoil. It just goes to show how branding goes a long way towards success. May others follow in Fine & Countries footsteps and take a slice of the cake also.
