Foxtons is about to open its 31st office.
It will be in Marylebone, London, and the opening is due to take place on May 14.
As usual, there will be 0% commission for the first sellers.
Last year, Foxtons opened five new offices in London, and has already opened a further one this year.
The company will now have 29 offices in London and two in Surrey.

Never heard of a loss leader ??
Rant - I felt like we hugged for a moment in time ;>)
PS that was a very masculin wink!!!! grrrrrhhhh!
As Chris said in the other thread to be honest I too come on here mainly to see what everyone is saying but for me I like to see what everyone is saying about everything, I just dont get that involved, not the best writer in the world, more of a talker!
My comment on this for what it is worth to anyone who cares is.....It amazes me Foxtons are charging nothing for their Fab new service. We opened our 3rd office a year ago Today!! (happy birthday me) and charged our normal rates, no drops, no deals and got market share in 9 months including sold share, 120 plus house on the books within a year and an ever changing sold pipeline consistantly around 20/22 for the past three months. We have a strong local brand name, which I could have halfed my fees and took everyones property over night but its got to be about quality stock and I fear Foxtons may end up with the other agents "we dont care if we move properties swapping to them, the very over priced properties that HPC are right to be suggesting need altering!".
Good news for them opening and the jobs they create as I say BUT be proud of your fees and service and win the business by making some money in the process. Start as you mean to go on!
Ric - We might not always see eye-to-eye, but I appreciate your style sir.
To be honest, I stay away from threads like this because I can't even pretend to know much about the subject matter.
Good luck to them! (just for RANT)
Not too sure that 0% is sending out the right message for how good you think you are!
BUT seriously Good luck, new jobs created no doubt in the process and I applaud Foxtons for that.
