FindaProperty has launched a three-month campaign as part of a £13m marketing investment in the first half of 2010.

The campaign started on Monday with TV advertising, including prime-time slots on Coronation Street, Come Dine with Me and Location, Location. There is also radio and outdoor advertising.

The FindaProperty campaign will run simultaneously with its sponsorship of the McDonald’s Easy Win Monopoly promotion.

Next month, FindaProperty’s sister portal Primelocation will also be actively promoted. Both are owned by the Digital Property Group, which is part of the Daily Mail.

Marketing director Sarah Boorman said: “A £13m investment into marketing is a fundamental support for our member agents in a market that remains extremely challenging for many. The ambition of our multi-brand promotion is to stimulate interest at every level of the market,”

She said that analysis by UKOM APS from Nielsen in February found that 63% of visitors to FindaProperty do not visit Zoopla and 70% of Primelocation visitors do not go to Rightmove.

Hang on... a property portal advert, and not a single watering-hole in sight! What's going on?
