FindaProperty.com has released two apps, for Smart TV and iPad.

The smart TV app lets users search for a new home on an internet-enabled Samsung TV. Apps for other Smart TV brands will be launched later by FindaProperty.

The new iPad takes advantage of the latest GPS functionality. Both new apps link directly to the searcher’s ‘My FindaProperty’ account which recognises search preferences and saves properties across all devices.

Richard Shamsi, chief operating officer of Digital Property Group, which publishes FindaProperty, said: “It’s very rare for home hunters to restrict their property search to a single device. The challenge for portals is to respond to consumer demand and deliver a consistently positive property search experience across multiple channels wherever and whenever they want.

“Our audience is constantly evolving, which firmly places the onus on property portals to respond and match their expectations or risk becoming less relevant. This means we’re launching even more apps over the coming months and continuing to invest in our portals.

“As the comScore figures prove, it’s an area where we’ve performed particularly strongly.”

Independent analysts Comscore found that DPG records 58% more mobile website visits than Rightmove and 49% more than Zoopla.

And soon we can electronically look for a property, send in the electronic conveyancer, send in the electronic surveyor, send in the electronic removal company, and while at it we can send in an electronic copy of ourself to live there electronically.

We have had QR codes in the window for months and had zip from them.

The audience is evolving, yeah and soon they will have plug in points to join the electronic revolution.

    Who is kidding who?
