In the tradition of some of our more talented readers producing new words for well-known songs, EAT commissioned Sir Tim Rice to rework his lyrics for ‘Don’t Cry For Me, Argentina’:

Don’t cry for HIPs, Yvette Cooper

The truth is they were rubbish

All through these wild days

Their mad existence

Shapps kept his promise
… Along with Pickles

And as for fortune, and as for fame

We never invited HIPs in

Though it seemed to AHIPP they were all we desired

HIPs were illusions

They were not the solutions they promised to be

The answer was here all the time
We loathe them and hope you do too

Don’t cry for HIPs, Yvette Cooper

Have I said too much?

There’s nothing more I can think of to say to
you.

But all you have to do is look at EAT to know

That every word was true…

Shouldn't this be animated with bouncing BALLS over the words to help us sing along.

By the way, Yvette has confirmed that Ed has only got a very small majority.

I have melted away with Hips and am now retired. Will ony be back when hell freezes over.

    Just remember:

We never miss the water till the well runs dry!

    Have a nice life.
