Imagine Homes, the buy-to-let business run by Grant Bovey, is set to go up for sale, with Knight Frank acting for administrators Deloite.

It is understood that Imagine’s property portfolio of new-build flats, where Imagine guaranteed purchasers rental income, could be worth around £100m.

Bovey, who is married to Anthea Turner, was declared bankrupt earlier this year.

Imagine was backed by HBOS, now part of Lloyds, to the tune of £13m
