Property Sharing Experts, which describes itself as the largest network of independent estate agents in south west England, has two new members.
Its network of almost 80 agents now includes The Real Estate Bureau, a family owned estate and lettings agency in Dorset; the agency's patch includes Portland, Weymouth and nearby towns and villages. It was established in 2008 by husband and wife team Glenn and Debbie Smith.
The network has also been joined by Orchards Estates, an estate and lettings agency in south Somerset, covering Yeovil, Chard, Ilminster and the surrounding areas. Orchard is owned and run by Mathew Wood.
Property Sharing Experts' members use the same property-sharing software and share regional marketing, advertising, training and HR support. There are also auction and conveyancing services used by some network members.
