I dont agree. I had a house valued at 140 by the site and just sold it for 157k..It just scares people into not moving.. Everyone knows the 20% figure is just divorce and probate prices. When real people stop getting scared by the media we will see prices up 10% over night.,

Is there any point in having property searchers sent to an agents website??

I mean, if someone is willing to send you the leads direct via email..?? whats the point of making things more difficult for yourself by having to calculate how many click throughs turn into phone calls and emails?? and dont forget the traffic your site will aready be generating.

i used zoopla for the first time the other day, i am an ex-estate agent and now work in a different property sector. I did a couple of tests on houses that had been recently valued by a surveyor and found the results given by zoopla on the two test cases were spot on. I feel all Estate Agents should be using this tool prior to conducting market appraisals instead of many who go out to vendor and offer a stab in the dark valuation which make the vendor see pound signs before their eyes and doesnt offer them a realistic approach to the current marke conditions they about to enter in to...(in my experience of other estate agents of course) Well done zoopla keep pushing the wesite to estate agents and surveyors alike.

Hi Alan, well that depends on if you list with us, and two, if you track from clicks we send to you, how many convert into calls and emails.

MikeAtZoomf - aren't you throwing stones in a glass house? Not sure Zoopla or ZoomF register at all in terms of the leads they send us!

Well done Zoopla. Of course I'm more interested in quality of traffic and how many leads they send agents. Hmmmm.
