Your Move is looking to tempt dozens of estate agency professionals to jump ship and go and work for it.

It has taken its own recruitment in-house and launched a new careers website, which includes details about current jobs available and outlines of potential jobs on offer.

Many of the jobs require existing agency experience or knowledge of the property market.

The aim of the site is to give visitors a comprehensive understanding of what it might be like to work for the company. Job-hunters can search by role and by location.

The current roles include residential sales, lettings and financial services as well as other key roles within the company.

Your Move is part of LSL, which has recruited Josh Rayner to work for it. Rayner is experienced in property recruitment agency work, having launched and run his own agencies.

Gareth Samples, managing director of Your Move, said: “The fact that we have launched a dedicated careers site for Your Move indicates our renewed commitment to ensuring we attract the very best people to our business.

“For those looking for an estate agent career we can offer genuine opportunities for development and progression, as would be expected from a brand of our size and calibre.

“Being part of a highly successful property services group, means we can offer excellent benefits packages including competitive salary and significant bonus-earning potentials, share save schemes, car allowances to certain grades, staff pension scheme and generous holiday entitlements.

“With Your Move staff retention also being high – almost a quarter of our staff having been with us for more than ten years – we’d say it’s a career path certainly worth considering.”

The latest Interim Management Statement for Your Move’s parent company, LSL, indicated that its estate agency business as a whole has performed well this year – achieving further market share gains – with investment in people seen as underpinning the next phase of market share growth.

LSL directors have been given share options if they achieve ultra-ambitious growth plans for the company.

Well they must be serious if they've got Josh Rayner on , the guy's a machine.

Worked with him on a few occasions and he's always shown himself to be head and shoulders above the rest.
