Sure Brian. www.jupix.co.uk log on to their website and make contact through there.

We made the change from Team in June last year. Despite difficult trading conditions we have increased profit and turnover considerably. Less "wasted" admin time. Negs can do much paperwork at the click of a button.

    Excellent reporting options, management package.

The helpdesk have never let a problem (and there have only been two, both due to our outdated hardware, I might add) go unresolved overnight. Support staff are excellent.

We have a 20 user package, very reasonably priced. They win my vote because of their attitude: nothing is too much trouble.

Call them. Best move your firm will make this year... Fact.

(No I'm not on commission), call them for a demo. You'll see why for yourself.

As an estate agent of 20 years (who incidently has tried and tested vast numbers of software packages, which claim to be the best that money can buy), I can pledge my support to the team at Jupix, headed by Oliver Gleave and Robert May.

My contact is Thomas Keetch, he has provided an excellent "front of house" service, extremely well supported by the "background staff".

Jupix get my vote...call them. They are the "Ronseal" of software suppliers, (they do exactly what it says on their tin!)

Thank you for the congratulations Brian but I feel a bit of a fraud, we have a very unfair advantage!

    Experience, Innovation and Inspiration.

I have been doing this since 1986 and have been lucky enough to get my hands on some genuinely talented and inspirational developers. Without the shackles of a large user base and software code that first germinated 20 odd years ago our freedom from legacy means that we can deliver innovation that is carefully tuned to excite; our users, their customers and the people we partner with.

We need to congratulate the newbees and we also need to feedback to our current suppliers what we think of them! They need to know that it's not about new sales and it's about customer service and development! What do people use in terms of software here?

    @ brian as well
alas, my software company were not on the list. Intrestingly they seem to stay well clear of EAT altogether.

Wardy if you are using a supplier on the list and feel they are taking the “P” the voting format is designed to take that into account.

I have had a shocking time from one of the arrogant old school and while it doesn't put things right with my staff and business, it is nice to have someone pretend they care about my opinion even if it is only a tick box.

Robert May, You are right, I have never heard of Jupix but was surprised how many sponsored links there are when Googling you. Let’s see how you do and I will be in touch.

If myhomemove’s equity investor stops bunging in millions with the amount of money they have just reported as losing, will they be around to collect an award if they win!

Another stack em high, cheapo margin biz like Fridays. You do get what you pay for. How much money did agents lose when they went bust?

"I guess it's one of these where the supplier pays to be on the list then"

Ring Sarah Brown and discover how delighted we at Jupix were to be nominated. All of our customers have come off the back of recommendation and referral and we have a strict policy of investing in staff ahead of advertising. We haven't bought a place on this list.

I have met a couple of the other companies on the shortlist and each of them thoroughly deserves recognition for the service they provide to the industry. As the software supplier no-one has ever heard of Jupix are proud to be nominated alongside some of the other finalists.

The biggest benefit of this particular award is receiving genuine feedback from our customer base, whether we win or not doesn't matter, we will simply do all we can to do the best we can.
