Angels Media, who publish EAT and LAT, have sent out a reader questionnaire in the last couple of days asking for your (honest) opinions of how you find the sites, what we’re not doing but should be, and what we are doing but you wish we wouldn’t.

The questionnaires are purely for our eyes, and not for any commercial purpose at all. We simply want to improve our performance from the point of editorial content and also the look and usability of the sites.

We’d be very grateful if you could spare a few minutes to complete the questionnaire – and you might be the lucky person who wins a case of wine for your trouble.

You can see the questionnaire here:

Quality Paul, proof that even cowboys have a sense of humour. At least they'd have a smile on their face ad they're ripping of the customers.

    @SBC

Saw a sign for a builder in the Kent area some time ago when I was on my way home from Leeds Castle and it read, and I kid you not, 'Bodgit and leggit'.

Still got the picture I took somewhere at home!

I know its got nil to do with the article but just thought you may have some remote interest.

    Ditto GD,

It's one thing to write behind a pseudonym but it's nice to know you're talking to the same person if a log-in function was introduced.

    EW, agree.

The person with the lowest 'likes' each months gets to market the naffest prop from a pool.

'Floggit and leggit are delighted to market this unique concrete clad ex-LA maisonette in a notorious crime black-spot.'

I would like to see a 'like' button on comments so people can agree with me more easily ;)

I would like to see a Forum section where registered, verified users can start threads and continue discussion. Only logged in, verified users would be able to comment. Abusive and Troll users could be deterred or blocked
A forum would allow users to bring issues and otherwise un-reported news to the industry audience.
The requirement to stick to a single identity will help eliminate the troll activities and promote a greater respect for other regular posters.
Currently we are restricted to commenting on news items but meaningful and worthy discussion stops once the item has slipped off the bottom of the Home Page.

Both EAT and LAT are a respected source of nearly impartial news and comment but it has been obvious when GMGPS and latterly TDPG comments have been pulled due to Advertiser influence.

If these big spenders don't want to hear adverse comment, they need to think about how they treat their customers, staff and competitors.

Ros you are doing a great job, thank you!
