After the success of their introduction last year, the ESTAS are again launching the Supplier of the Year Award category.
“There are a huge number of suppliers to the industry and our aim is to highlight those that provide the best service to the agents they work with,” says Simon Brown, who runs the ESTAS.
“Voting for this category will be based on the same formula as that used for rating agents, namely feedback from customers. Estate and letting agents will be able to rate the level of service provided by a supplier by completing an online questionnaire.
“We want agents who have used suppliers’ products and services in the last year to rate their experience. The results will not only help to highlight the best-performing suppliers, recognising their superior customer service, but will also provide valuable feedback to those companies so they can develop their services accordingly.”
Mortgage Advice Bureau won gold in 2011, and Peter Brodnicki, chief executive, said: “We were delight to be named ESTAS Supplier of the Year.
“The award means a great deal as it’s our customer base that has rated us the best. It’s a fantastic accolade and a great marketing tool.”

The award has to go to the one good company out there for Softwear that has to be THESAURUS TECHNOLOGY and their product Universal office and anywhere. Great product and fantastic support
