Since the launch less than two weeks ago of the award for the Best Conveyancing Firm as voted for by estate agents, over 150 entries have been received.
Voting remains open for this award until the end of June, so there is still plenty of time to nominate firms.
Smaller law firms that offer a high level of service have as much chance as some of the larger conveyancing outfits as a weighting is being applied to level the playing field.
The early front runners include (in purely alphabetical order):
