Well done to Leeds estate agent Simon Ketteringham for his three-in-a-row success.

Ketteringham, director of Castlehill, sold three neighbouring houses with a combined price of £645,000.

He said it was the first time in the 40-year history of his firm that three properties standing next to each other have come up for sale and been successfully sold, all at the same time.

Can anyone else report anything similar this year?

Unfortunately not this year but earlier we - Casas Almeria - did sell 3 plots in a row with bespoke designed villas to two sisters and their parents who were moving to Almeria in Spain. Total cost of over 600.000 euros. Needless to say, we don't get many of these!
