Network Auctions, a consortium of 22 local estate agents, will be holding its next auction next week, on September 13 at Hatfield House, Hertfordshire.

Among the 36 lots on offer are 14 pubs with guide prices ranging from £110,000 to over £700,000.

All the pubs except one are freehold and being sold with vacant possession. They are said to be attracting major interest from potential bidders looking for residential conversion opportunities.

So far this year, over £7.3m of successful sales have been completed by Network Auctions.

Auctioneer Guy Charrison is the current chairman of trade body NAVA.
