Strutt & Parker are having a national open house day this weekend.

But somehow, we don't think they'll be advertising any of their properties quite like this.

Agent Orange: I would suspect that Strutt and parker forwarded this to EAT and just added their name and upcoming auction as a shameless and completely unrelevant bit of PR.

Nora Batty is from Holmfirth. You would have to think about the property misdescription implications. In South Elmsall you would be far more likely to see Jane MacDonald and Lesley Garrett getting it on on the balcony. Ok - off for a cold shower again then....

If I were Strutt & Parker's legal rep, I'd be asking why you're illustrating an article with their name with a video which has no relevance to them....

Totally sexist and unnecessary. Why should we women be used as objects of desire simplet to sell a property its not fair. I would never ask does my bum look big in this.

A bit OTT maybe, but why shouldn't property advertising be exciting / sexy / compelling / memorable.
