Westcountry Team has launched a free prize draw for its member offices with one lucky home owner in the region set to bag up to £5,000.
Between now and the end of October, all property owners who have a market valuation on their property from a participating Team agent will be entered into the prize draw to win £1,000 cash.
If, prior to the draw taking place, the winner has formally instructed the agent, then they will be entitled to the bonus of £4,000 upon exchange of contracts with a buyer introduced by that agent.
The three-month draw will take place in the offices of all 63 Westcountry Team members.
