There were 126 property auction sales held in the UK last month and of the total 2,229 lots on offer, 1,497 sold – a success rate of 67.2%.
This was an improvement on the 60% success rate in April last year, although the number of lots remained steady.
Figures are from the Essential Information Group which monitors all property auction sales in the UK.
