Spicerhaart has completed the acquisition of Bristol-based residential sales and lettings company Barons.

Barons, which has one office in Bedminster, has been in business since the early 1990s.

Spicerhaart will rebrand Barons next month. All the staff have been retained as part of the deal.

Barons is the third acquisition by Spicerhaart in the last three months.

Paul Smith, CEO of Spicerhaart, said: “The acquisition of Barons once again highlights our position as the most acquisitive independent estate agency group in the UK.”

B B M - Isold have more offices than properties I think. Looks like they have 6 out of 7 offices with nil sales property listed and nothing to rent.

Looks like an overload of offices and an underload of stock.

If they have been bought by Spicerfart then they should have got change from the fiver mentioned by C P
