It snowed, it’s froze and for many of us, there’s still not much let-up in sight.

So, how are you coping? Or how did you cope?

We’d love to hear your stories of heroic staff battling into the office against all odds, any kind acts that have gone beyond the course of normal duty, and of course, any snowmen you may have built (pictorial evidence required).

In fact, we’ve already had one nice example from Colin Shairp in Drayton, near Portsmouth.

He and area manager Ian Tichener were the only ones to make it in to work last  Wednesday after eight inches of snow fell, so they built a snowman right outside their Town & Country office, complete with sign.

It earnt them a mention on their local radio station.

Shairp said: “Even if you’re the boss, you’re entitled to a bit of fun – especially when you can pretend to the rest of the team it was really a marketing exercise.”
