Boards firm Agency Express replaced more than 8,000 For Sale boards in little over two weeks following the sale and rebranding of Halifax estate agents to LSL firms Your Move, Reeds Rains and Intercounty.
All the existing boards had to be replaced in one of the biggest rebranding exercises the sector has ever seen, and much of the work had to take place in the worst weather the country has seen for many years.
“It was a tough challenge,” says Stephen Watson, managing director of Agency Express. “It meant a huge amount of work for over a third of our 90-plus franchises. In the North-East, where the original agency had a particularly strong market presence, one of our operators alone replaced over 1,200 boards.”
