Phil Spencer, who presents C4’s top rating property search programmes Location and Re-Location and writes for leading property publications and national newspapers, is again supporting the Estate and Letting Agent Awards.
“I’ve been involved with these awards for six years and absolutely believe them to be the most relevant in the current market,” he says.
“The fact that customers are the judges and they determine the winners makes the awards unique. The customers are the ones who experience the service levels of the agents on a daily basis, so they are in a unique position to assess their performance.
“In today’s increasingly difficult market, service levels are the difference between success and failure.”
The awards are now officially the biggest in the estate agent industry, with nearly 300 entries last year.
This year they are backed by a national advertising campaign in The Times, Sunday Times and The London Paper to increase consumer awareness of the benefits of dealing with an agent highly rated by other agents.

The difference between success and failure is not if an agency receives an awrd - rather that it sells or lets property, makes a living and survives the recession.
