The Daily Mail group is dissolving its stand-alone digital arm, Associated Northcliffe Digital (AND), of which FindaProperty, Primelocation.
The businesses will be absorbed into the Daily Mail’s consumer division, A & N Media.
The move has come as part of a cost savings drive, although AND revenues rose 5% in the last financial year.
Digital Property Group will now report to A & N Media chief executive Kevin Beatty, following the departure of AND chief executive Richard Titus.
It is understood the reorganisation is likely to lead to job cuts as duplication of roles in areas such as support services is removed.
AND’s revenues rose 5% year on year to £41m in the six months to April, according to DMGT’s most recent financial results. Operating profit moved into the black with a £3.8m improvement to £2.2m.
