Auctioneers sold 2,334 residential lots last month – up 17% on July last year.
A total of 3,105 residential lots were offered, up 8% on a year ago.
The success rate this July was 75.2%, markedly up on 69.4% a year earlier.
The Essential Information Group said that the residential auction sector saw positive gains in every metric measured.
By contrast, there were falls in commercial auction activity, both in terms of lots offered and sold.
