Team Association’s “Same…only Better” recruitment campaign has produced a racy result.
Jonathan Rolande, of Sawyers Estate Agents in Worthing, Sussex, won the prize draw, and found himself hurtling round a race circuit in the company of TV personality and former racing driver Tiff Needell.
The prize was a special track day at the Thruxton Motorsport Centre, including four laps at the wheel of a bright orange Lamborghini LP670-4 SV Murcielago worth £280,000, and culminating in a personal demonstration of driving skills by Needell.
Launched last summer, the Team ad campaign highlighted the unique benefits of Team – the UK’s largest branded group of independent agents, and the only network of any size to operate a US-style multi-listing system.

It's quite a good set up actually. Very effective and like someone has already said, TEAM agents tend to be good performers (in terms of the client's eyes and their accountants').
The Team membership allows independants to keep their identity, while qualifying for corporate rates from providers.
You’re all right in a way aren’t you?
Along the South Coast and South West they seem pretty strong, that lad near Bournemouth is a great example of a successful agent for example….name escapes me but there’s another guy in Ringwood as well.
Funny though, you get to far from that area and the membership is a bit patchy.
In fact the more I think of it the more dreadful little outfits I think of along with some brilliant ones………..that lot in Brighton are really good then there are others who are not what you would call market leaders.
But then again market share isn’t a factor in joining, Teams membership criteria is I believe what’s known as ‘flexible’ in some circles, basically they will have you if you want to pay the money and put clouds on your boards.
……in fact im wrong, you don’t have to do the cloud thing if you don’t want to.

Not sure where Brian operates but down here on the S.Coast most team agents are the leading independents in their towns. Perhaps Brian should get out more!
Yes, if you looked a little closer you would see that often the "Team" agent in a particular town is a well established, non-corporate, privately owned business employing local people with experience and most importantly local knowledge.
"Team" agents also tend to offer extremely high levels of professionalism and customer service and certainly don't consider themsleves "little boys" whatever that means?
Do "Team" have any decent agents, they all seem liitle biys trying to join up to compete with the bigger better agents??
