Before EAT signs off for the Bank Holiday, a big thank you to Big T for making a stand for estate agents.

Appearing on the Today programme yesterday, Trevor Kent and John Humphrys were talking about people who were proud to have landed their particular jobs.

Apparently recruits to the insurance industry are very proud, but railway workers feel on the wrong side of the tracks.

And estate agents? Well, as everyone knows they are the spawn of Satan, Today listeners heard.

The reality? Trevor Kent said he is proud of the job he does, and proud to get a result which is of course when an estate agent gets paid. He thinks that most estate agents feel exactly the same sense of pride in what they do.

Good for him – and you.

Thank you Becca, you're very kind!

Yesterday's broadcast was a pleasure to be able to say that we agents are mostly honest hard-working people who look after their clients and work dreadful hours to accomplish it!

Today however, I had to tell BBC Radio London that, sadly,
some agents do ignore the T&CPA restrictions on the display of boards, and I couldn't really defend their actions,
Have a good weekend everyone - Big T

Good for Trevor Kent. The industry could do with a few more champions like him. I just caught this item, at the end of the Today programme, and he did it with such nice humour too. Thanks Big T
