Knight Frank’s property search business, the Buying Solution, is extending its activities into rental search.
Jemma Scott will be leading this side of the business.
Philip Selway, managing partner, said: “We are seeing an increasing number of private clients who are looking for rental opportunities, including those who wish to rent whilst they wait to purchase a property, as well as overseas clients who want to spend time in London for business and/or to educate their children here.”
