PIQs now live online...

Easier2move has today made its Property Information Questionnaire go live for vendors to complete online.

Two weeks from today, a PIQ will have to be included in HIPs for all new properties coming to the market before any marketing can start.

Easier2move is assuming all responsibility for obtaining the PIQ from the vendor on behalf of their estate agents so that agents avoid breaching the Property Misdescriptions Act.

As well as being able to complete the PIQ online, sellers can use the post or telephone, with a call centre that will be open in the evenings.

Karen Babington, sales and marketing director of Easier2move, said: “We believe it is vital to have as many available avenues as possible for the customer to provide us with the required information to complete the PIQ.”
