The Association of International Property Professionals (AIPP) has slashed its subscription rates following its merger with the NAEA.

With AIPP now under the NFoPP umbrella, a firm with one or two staff will now pay £295 a year, with three to six £550 and six to ten £900. The new rates compare with a previous subscription of £360 per year per individual.

The merger will give the body an office in Westminster in the New Year, where it is understood that a meetings facility will be available for NFoPP use.

The new body will also hold a conference next April followed by the obligatory awards bash in the evening.
