A new service has launched to sort and identify leads sent from portals and lead generation services.

Qualified Property Leads says it will save agents time by providing an expert outsourced qualification service, geared to individual requirements.

The QPL team will work alongside agents as and when required, hitting the phones to qualify incoming leads and weeding out the time-wasters and bad data.

Director Chris Thompson said: “With many years’ experience of the sales process in the property market, I know first-hand just how expensive, time-consuming and demoralising it can be managing a team facing thousands of leads with incorrect contact details, or scammers from far-flung corners of the world pretending they have money to send you!

“We've got a simple and cost-effective solution to the problem where estate agents can switch the service on and off as they need with no long-term commitments.”

    Hi All,

Thanks for the comments..... With regards to the points about No Track Record, having worked for some of the major portals in the industry, and having dealt with many agents on a daily basis, I know how frustrating and de-moralising it can be dealing with Leads that never go anywhere, scams, window shoppers etc....

This business is designed to save agents time, by allowing them to only deal with genuine enquiries, and focus on the people who are ready and willing to buy. It's designed for small - medium size agents, not those who have the larger sales teams in place to qualify the leads.

With regards to the other comments, I have had a lot of positive response, and there is a gap in the market for this type of product. Also - thanks for your comments on the website, I will take these into consideration.

    Regards

    Chris Thompson
    Director

Oh, dear! Woeful website; poorly thought-out business - and as usual NO TRACK RECORD!

IF you highlight the var-nigh invisible text on their pages you get to see such pearls of mirth as:-

    "Our Story:
Established in 2012..." Ink still wet on the letterheading, then...

    "Current Clients:
Are coming soon.. :) " Awww, bless! Wonder what it will say in a month...?

"A qualified lead (the thing that they charge you for...), is someone that has been spoken to directly by the dedicated account manager, and is interested in either getting more information on specific properties by email, or is flying out to visit properties in your area. (FLYING???) As and when (no hurry there, then...) the Account Manager qualifies the lead, it is then sent straight across the agent by email."

A cold start company that gives you nothing but a cold shudder, methinks.

Oh - 'clever whatever' - grow up and add a comment wortth reading, won't you?

Even when people post their stupid new idea on EAT, i give them a slight bit of credibility if they have a decent website up and running.

However, as always, you have an absolutely crap website. The images look shocking, they overlap each other and the designer that decided to put charcoal coloured text on a slightly darker background needs shooting.

Please, please for future service providers, at least make sure your website is half decent if you expect anybody to take you seriously.

Or just don't post a link.

Sort of like it and see why in a meeting with the right (or wrong people) it could get plenty of enthusiasm but good god can you imagine the effort in trying to get EA’s to take him up on it, answering a question no one is asking and completely mis judging what EA’s care about.

Hopefully for the people that are putting the money in its not really launched yet and the PR is just a means of obtaining feedback from the market which will bring them to the conclusion that they shouldn’t bother

Have I got this correct, you want all my leads to go to you first, for you to sift through them and decide which ones are any good and for you to turn away what you deem unfit.

    I pay you ?

That is going to be a hard sale. Very hard.
