A new rental portal has launched, padz.com which aims to list rental properties of every type, from flat shares to spare rooms and crash pads for travellers, and from family flats and houses to holiday rentals and corporate accommodation, both in the UK and worldwide.
The site,which utilises Google maps, features both private landlords and agents, and also those looking for somewhere to rent. Tenants are able to write reviews about properties, landlords and agents.
The website charges agents and landlords a daily fee of 20p per listing and an initial listing fee of £3.
The site also allows agents to set up their own branded websites on padz, showing all their available properties along with agent profiles and branch contact information.
There are also links to Facebook and Twitter.
Padz has already made one big win, listing over 1,200 properties from Residential Land.
Padz, which says it now lists properties in over 20 countries, is run by its founders, property specialists and private landlords Matthew Wilson and Thomas Karcher.
