Venmore /Bradshaw Farnham and Lea, Merseyside estate agents, have appointed Maria Barrigan as business development director.

She joins from a large conveyancing firm, easier2move, and says she is passionate about both Liverpool and property.

Her role will be to grow Venmore’s market share.

Paul Lea, who founded Bradshaw Farnham and Lea in 2003, said: “We are delighted to welcome Maria to the team.

“Securing someone of her stature within the property market will enable us to meet the challenges of the changing property market across the North-West. It’s an added bonus that she is a Liverpudlian through and through.”

Bradshaw Farnham and Lea acquired Venmore two years ago after it collapsed into administration during the housing market crash of 2008. Venmore is now part of the wider BFL group.
