Estate agent Justine Laycock, 41, has been revealed as winning £53m in last Friday's EuroMillion draw.

Justine and her partner, Nigel Page, split the £112m jackpot with a winner in Spain.

The couple live in Cirencester, Gloucestershire, where Justine works for agents Cain & Fuller. Her boss, Matthew Fuller, described her today as a 'great lady'.

However, he may now have to find a replacement for her. Unsurprisingly, she has announced her intention of giving up work. We think we'd do the same with £53m in the bank!

However, if she changes her mind, she could still earn £56m from estate agency – as long as she sells 18,666 houses at an average fee of £3,000 ... or one sale a day, every day, for the next 51 years.

I actually know Justine and I was talking to her just this morning about her win and her plans and the subject of begging letters came up - she said she's still going to keep sending them!

    May I add my congratulations.
(I would be really interested to know the odds on this win - does anyone know?)

They seem a really nice couple - good luck to them.

Please tell me how I achieve these sales worth £3000 at one a day for 51 years without incurring associated costs. Sounds like a well known franchisor spiel!

What do you want people to say exactly?! There are items that get viewed 300 + times and nobody comments. It's like many stories on here which are completely irrelevant and there's nothing to comment on. The only reason I have written is because your comment was ridiculous!!

Interesting to see that this article has been read 63 times and not one comment made to date! Do I sense an air of jealousy or sheer indiference? Anyway I would like to say from one estate agent to another CONGRATULATIONS on your marvellous win. Hope you really enjoy your life changing experience.....I can supply my account details to you at any time you fancy setting up a CHAPS transfer!! bigG
