Conveyancing firm myhomemove has announced ambitious plans to treble in size over the next three years.

The firm, a major supplier of conveyancing services to its estate agency and mortgage broker introducers, unveiled its goal after revealing that last year, based on official figures, it completed more conveyancing than any other UK firm.

It says it has now completed more than 100,000 conveyancing cases since the credit crunch – and that its growth will come despite ongoing uncertainty about transaction volumes.

The firm, which delivers conveyancing directly (through Premier Property Lawyers) and also via a panel, says it has won a number of ‘significant new introducers’ so far this year.

It is currently recruiting 60 staff to add to its team of 400.

Chief executive Doug Crawford said: “Last year was phenomenal. We smashed all previous targets for completions and profit and also laid the foundations for the next phase of the business.

“Our plans for growth are going to challenge the status quo in conveyancing with even greater focus on putting our customers at the heart of what we do by delivering a trusted, values-based service.”
