Manors appointed MPL to redesign and refurbish its Baker Street office, which was completed by early January 2011. Deborah Base at Manors explains: “We chose MPL to undertake elements of the office renovation including the supply and fit of the bespoke reception desk, the occasional seating at the front of the office and new low level displays with LED light panels. It was clear that MPL had the best response time, communication and attention to detail of all the companies that we approached and MPL were also innovative and able to fulfil all our requirements.
“Since we have redesigned the office, the general atmosphere is so much better and people are always commenting on how great the space looks and obviously this is reflected in the amount of walk-ins we now have. Our new look makes this a much nicer place to work and staff seem to behave more professionally when they have a nice looking office. Clients tend to take us a little more seriously and generally the office works better. A well designed office seems to make the team more positive!
