Property recruitment veteran Ian Dobrin has joined Connells as group recruitment director.
Dobrin started his career in estate agency, including running his own small independent firm in the early eighties.
In 1993 he formed Estate Agency Personnel, recruiting for over 2,500 estate agents.
He has recruited for many of the top names in the businesss including Knight Frank, Hamptons and Savills, and reckons to have dealt with over 21,000 candidates.
He will now be sourcing candidates for all Connells Group brands including Sequence.

Not quite sure why on earth you would want to go from running your own (successful?) recruitment agency to working for someone else. What's more, this chap may well struggle to come to terms with finding staff for only one brand, especially when he has been used to recruiting for many of the top names in the business. I'd imagine recruiting for Connells wont be quite as easy as recruiting for Knight Frank, Hamptons and Savills.
