A youth homelessness charity Depaul UK has launched a new business, selling cardboard boxes to home movers.

Proceeds will go to helping young homeless people off the streets, while the enterprise aims to capture a lucrative share of the UK’s multi-million pound house-moving cardboard box market.

Depaul UK CEO Martin Houghton-Brown said: “There is a real and often distressing association between cardboard boxes and those sleeping rough. The launch of the Depaul Box Company flips that association to a positive one.

“No one should have to make a cardboard box their home, and buying our cardboard boxes should ensure nobody has to.”

If you would like to pass the information on to any of your own home movers, the Depaul Box Company sells cardboard boxes at £30 per pack of ten, £40 per pack of 20 and £60 per pack of 30.

Packs are available at www.depaulbox.co.uk
