Coming to a screen near you soon – the new Primelocation advert with a voice-over by Winston Churchill (Robert Hardy, surely).

At a cost of multi-millions, the new ad launches in cinemas on December 28 and on TV screens in the first week of January.

EAT finds it hard to know what to think. Well, it’s not as irritating as that Rightmove woman on a viewing mission, or frankly as weird as the estate agents on safari.

However, it’s also not as majestic as the Rightmove ‘Britain moves’ ads which suggest quite an ampitheatre but also make it hard, or even impossible, to think of moving without Rightmove – clever!

It’s definitely not as divisive as the FindaProperty rapping granny ads, which every agent we’ve ever spoken to hated but also instantly associated with FindaProperty, which we think might be the whole point of advertising.

Anyway, thank heavens, there’s no mention of the subliminal power of yellow.

Here’s your preview and do let us know what you think. After all, you’re the ones paying for it.

Don't think it's John Hurt. Sounds like the guy that played John Hurt's younger self in Hellboy!

If only it were like a book and told a story. I have no sound on my screen machine and it looks like a lovely house but it is not realistic only aspirational. Need a bit more visual.

It’s clearly aimed at its specific audience - No bad thing.

It’s Zoopla that needs something imaginative and catchy.

Robert Hardy?? That's John Hurt isn't it?
Ads ok though, it keeps the individual identity of the Zoopla brands going.

Why don't they put all their efforts into promoting Zoopla, what is the point??

    I like it.
Cost millions? I'm guessing to show it not to make it.
