Henry Adams, a firm of estate agents and chartered surveyors based in Chichester, Sussex, has announced the acquisition of the business of Cluttons’ Chichester office.
The business being bought by Henry Adams consists of the Cluttons Tod Miller commercial arm, formerly Tod Miller Thomas, which was one of the leading commercial agents in the area, and also Cluttons’s specialist southern counties planning arm.
Commenting on the acquisition, Richard Williscroft, Henry Adams’s senior partner, said: “This offers a unique opportunity for Henry Adams to further expand both our commercial and our planning services.
“We are delighted to have acquired such an experienced and well-respected local business.”
