Foxtons has been crowned the best estate agent in the country in an awards scheme.

The firm won the accolade of ‘Best Real Estate Agency UK’ after winning ‘Best Estate Agency London’, ‘Best Lettings Agency London’ and ‘Best Estate Agency Website UK’ at the UK Property Awards 2010.

The awards were run in association with Bloomberg Television.

Nic Budden, chief operating officer at Foxtons, said: “It is great to be recognised for the fantastic service we provide, and winning ten awards in one year is a fantastic achievement and one that we are incredibly proud of.”

Foxtons has 27 offices in London and two in Surrey.

Also among the winners was County Homesearch company South & West Wales, which won the title of World’s Best Propertyfinder.

Spicerhaart was another winner, scooping 17 awards, including one for its Felicity J Lord branch in Bow, East London, which went on to win the best international lettings agency.
