Expansion for both Winkworth and Sotheby's International Realty |
Friday 27th January 2012
Winkworth has signed its first new office of the year, in Canterbury.
Coutts Byers has now become part of the Winkworth franchise network, trading as Winkworth Canterbury.
Meanwhile, Sotheby’s International Realty, part of Countrywide, has launched its second office in the UK, and it is outside London.
The new Stratford-upon-Avon office is headed by Stephen Parry, pictured, who has joined from Knight Frank.
Further expansion by Sotheby’s International Realty is expected over the next 12 months, in the most affluent parts of the UK.
